I am a life long Iowa resident, and I have called Muscatine home for 23 years. I am a graduate of the University of Iowa, and have held various sales and management positions before entering real estate nearly 5 years ago. I believe that my formal training and experience in sales management, marketing and negotiation has helped me service the needs of both my buyers and sellers.

I was “New Associate of the Year” in 2002, and have been one of the top-producing agents in our area every year since. I am a member of NAR [National Association or Realtors}, IAR [Iowa Association of Realtors, and Muscatine Association of Realtors.

My wife and I enjoyed raising our son in this wonderful, safe river town. Muscatine provided our son a great education, rich in sports activities, with no traffic or lines at the grocery.

I enjoy regular workouts at the Muscatine Community Y, runs along the Mississippi River front, and an occasional round of golf at one of three local courses. I would enjoy showing you our great Midwest quality of life. I strive to make every real estate transaction fast, fair and hassle-free.

Linda Kimball

Linda Kimball has experience as an agent, and is our closing coordinator. Linda will keep track of all the details of listings and offers to help insure that each transaction happens smoothly, on time and hassle free.

Deb Painter

Deb Painter is our marketing assistant with over 8 yrs experience. Deb will coordinate showings, and help with all the marketing in our print and web based publications.
